Professional Experience

Working as an Associate Professor (Training & Placement) at MVGR College of Engineering (Autonomous) since  July 2008. Has taught subjects such as MEFA, MS, and HRDOB for various engineering streams. Guided numerous MBA projects, particularly in Human Resource Management. Conducted several developmental activities for engineering graduates during placements and prepared updated study materials, especially in Law and HRM-related subjects. Served as coordinator for the IIM–Calcutta Carpe Diem event and contributed to various institutional committees.
