Published research papers in national and international journals on topics such as change management, employee empowerment, technological change in banking, and employee–employer relationships. Presented papers at national and international seminars and conferences. Additionally, actively participated in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and workshops in areas such as research methodology, HR analytics, econometrics, and knowledge management.

Industry Interaction & Student Development

Strongly advocates industry–institution interaction and experiential learning. Organized and coordinated industrial visits to leading organizations such as Volvo India, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Cognizant Technologies, and VST Tractors to provide students with practical exposure. The teaching approach emphasizes case-based learning, simulations, and skill development, thereby enhancing students’ employability and preparing them to meet the dynamic demands of the corporate world.
